This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the agen69 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By registering an account or using any part of the agen69 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and agen69 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The agen69 platform may only be used by individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Be residing in or physically located within Malaysia when using the platform
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be on any platform ban or restriction list

Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the agen69 platform. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, and any other required details. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Agen69 reserves the right to request additional document verification at any time for identity verification purposes, particularly prior to processing large withdrawal requests.
Password & Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the agen69 support team.
You are not permitted to share your account, password or access with any other party. The use of automation, bots or third-party software to access or automate actions on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Agen69 users are required to comply with all of the following rules while using the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities
- Manipulating the gaming system, bonuses, or promotions in an unauthorised manner
- Disrupting the operation of the platform or the experience of other users
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Distributing harmful, misleading or offensive content through the platform
User Responsibilities
- Ensure all personal information is kept up to date and accurate
- Using the platform in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations
- Reporting any suspicious transactions or activities to the support team
- Setting gaming limits that suit your personal financial capacity
- Keeping the device used to access the platform secure
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the agen69 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.
Agen69 processes deposits via approved methods including bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the current policy displayed in the user account section.
For withdrawals, agen69 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three to five business days for bank transfers.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, file false chargebacks or use unauthorised payment information will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.

Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
Agen69 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except to the extent required by applicable Malaysian law. This includes, but is not limited to, technical disruptions, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond agen69's control.
Agen69 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of a breach of these terms
- Account identified as being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
- The user fails to submit the requested verification documents
- A directive has been received from the relevant authorities
Any valid account balance at the time of suspension will be processed in accordance with agen69's internal policies, subject to investigation where necessary.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other elements on the agen69 platform are the exclusive property of agen69 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.
The agen69 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. agen69 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party websites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Agen69 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
